Resources for Kids
Grief can turn life upside down, not just for adults, but for children too. Kids may not always have the words to describe how they feel, but they often express grief through play, art, or conversation.
Sometimes it helps to let your feelings out in your own way. You can write, draw, color, or talk about what’s on your heart. Grab some crayons, markers, or pencils and find a cozy spot where you feel safe.
If a child asks for help, needs a hug, or simply wants to talk & be there.
Sometimes your presence and patience are the best comfort you can offer. 💛
